  The Nigerian Port Authority wishes to recruit a suitably qualified Candidate due to growth and expansion, we urgently require the services of the following Categories of Staff renewed The vision for the The Nigerian Ports so that it is able to respond to the challenges of a new and modern Ports for the position of.
• Job Position:  Mooring Men (Berthing Men)
  The Authority, a government owned agency is charged with the responsibility of berthing / unberthing of vessels in the under-listed locations.
• Job Locations:
  -Lagos Pilotage District
  -Bonny/ Port Harcourt Pilotage District
  -Warri Pilotage District
  -Calabar Pilotage District
  -Any other location regulated by NPA
• Responsibilities:
  -Safeberthing of vessels and crafts
  -Unberthing of vessels
• Qualifications:
  -Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE / GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings including English and Mathematics
  -Age range: 18-21 years
  -Physical fitness
  -Ability to swim
  -
  Note: Sucessful Candidates will be required to undergo medical and swimming tests.
