–>The After Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service support and spare part sales to customers in accordance with the group’s policies and set profit objectives. He will also be responsible for the training and management of staff.
–>The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities
The After Sales manager will have as principal responsibilities to:
–>Organise and manage the After Sales department,
–>Manage and coordinate service support,
–>Assist in the development and delivery of the brand’s after sales strategy,
–>Manage and organise the spare parts stores,
–>Handle turn-over analysis,
–>Measure performance through key indicators.
